Use of the online store To shop with us, you must:

Orders and formation of contract When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. A purchase agreement is considered formed once you receive an order confirmation from us by email.

If an order is cancelled, any amount paid will be refunded.
Prices and payment All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK), Danish kroner (DKK), or Euro (EUR), depending on your market. Payments are processed through secure, approved payment providers. We do not store payment card information.
Shipping and delivery Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control do not give rise to a right to compensation. Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been handed over to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.
Right of withdrawal and returns The right of withdrawal and returns are governed by our Refund Policy and apply in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. You are entitled to exercise your right of withdrawal within the stated period, provided the conditions for return are met.
Intellectual property All content on the website, including text, images, logos, design, and graphics, belongs to Ro Søvn and is protected under applicable copyright law. The content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability Ro Søvn is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses caused by circumstances outside our control, to the extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms We reserve the right to update or amend these terms as needed. The version in effect at any given time will be available on the website.
