Processing time Ro Søvn processes orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time Estimated delivery time is typically 6–10 business days, depending on the delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen events.
Shipping Ro Søvn offers free shipping on all orders to Norway and the EU.
Order confirmation and tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you don't receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.
Delays If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible. Ro Søvn is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including transport delays, customs processing, strikes, or force majeure.
Uncollected packages Packages that are not collected and are returned to us may incur a fee covering return shipping and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund.
Incorrect or damaged delivery If your package is damaged on arrival, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us without undue delay so we can investigate and find a solution. We recommend documenting any damage with photos.
Customs and import Orders are shipped from a supplier located outside Norway and the EU.
Ro Søvn sells its products without adding Norwegian VAT (mva) or EU VAT, as the goods are shipped directly from a supplier outside Norway and the EU.
As the customer, you are the legal importer of the item and are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and other taxes or fees that may apply upon import into Norway or the EU.
These costs are not included in the prices shown in the online store and are paid directly to the carrier or relevant authorities upon delivery.
By completing a purchase with Ro Søvn, you confirm that you understand and accept that:
- You are the recipient and importer of the product
- You may be charged import VAT, customs duties, and any fees charged by the carrier

Address information and delivery responsibility To ensure correct delivery, it's important that you provide accurate name, address, and contact information at checkout. Ro Søvn is not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
